Congrats Twanna, Hayley, Gabby, Sofia, Belane, and Subin! The i3r Alliance’s Cultivating an Open Hub for Outreach, Research, and Training (COHORT) trains women-identifying LIS graduate students of immigrant backgrounds to become research leaders through a care-based lab model that avoids “grind culture.” Thank you to our funder, the CLIR Safe Spaces initiative!
